No. If you can send an email and use a smartphone, you have enough experience for the lab. This is built around your problem, and not your skill level. We meet you where you are.

That's what the pre-session intake is for. If you're stuck, reply to the intake email and describe the general area where you're struggling. We'll help you narrow it down to something specific before the day of the lab.

Submit it anyway. The list is there to give you a starting point, not a hard boundary. If it's a real, specific problem tied to your business, there's a good chance it fits.

No. Part of what makes the lab work is that everyone is actively building, not watching. If you can't attend live, the next available lab date will be your best option. If you prefer a non-building session, watch out for those classes.

Yes. Plenty of the workflows we build run on a shared inbox and a simple spreadsheet. A CRM makes some builds smoother, but it's not a requirement to get value out of the lab.

Everyone leaves with their own workflow built, so the group stays small enough that you actually get hands-on time.

You leave with your workflow built, tested, and documented, plus one 60-minute group office hour within 14 days to troubleshoot or extend what you built. After that, it's yours to run. If you want more support, we are happy to chat with you about options.

Full refund if you cancel 3 days before the session. Within 3 days, we'll move your seat to the next available lab date rather than issuing a refund, since seats are limited and locked in based on the submitted use cases.
